Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Grab the Frame macOS application ("the app") and this website. By buying or using the app, you agree to them.
1. License
Grab the Frame is licensed, not sold. A valid license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on your own Mac(s) for the duration of your license term. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key.
2. Subscription & renewal
The license is billed at $25 per year. Payment and renewals are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record. You can cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops the next charge and does not retroactively refund the current term unless required by law or covered by the refund policy below.
3. No free trial
The app does not include a free trial. A license key is required to unlock its functionality.
4. Refunds
If the app doesn't work for you, contact us at support@grabtheframe.com and we'll try to make it right. Refund handling is subject to Lemon Squeezy's policies as merchant of record.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only with content you have the rights to process, and in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for how you use frames you export.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its name, and its branding remain the property of the developer. These terms do not grant you any rights to that intellectual property beyond using the app as described.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. While Grab the Frame is designed for frame accuracy, you are responsible for verifying results for your own workflow.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current license term.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
